The company
The story of Caffe Corsini is made up of ideas and people. It was started in 1950 in Arezzo, Italy by Corsino Corsini, who turned his small artisan workshop into a large coffee roasting company. Today, under the leadership of President Patrick Hoffer, the company is a global ambassador for Made in Italy, offering excellent coffees in more than 60 countries around the world.
The philosophy
Caffe Corsini is particularly keen to protect the coffee-growing areas, the environment and the local people involved in the coffee-growing process. The company maintains direct commercial relations with poor coffee growers from the southern hemisphere, restoring their equality and development opportunities. It is based on the "green" philosophy that respect for coffee producers and consumers is respect for the environment. Caffe Corsini continues its commitment to environmental sustainability and renewable energy. The roof of the factory is covered with solar panels, saving around 30% of energy, and paper, cardboard and plastic materials are recycled using an appropriate sealer. Corsini's philosophy combines passion, quality, innovation, ethics and continuous research.

Manufacturing
Caffe Corsini produces more than 4,500 tonnes of roasted coffee a year and offers its wide range of products to both large retailers and bars.
The coffee beans from different origins have been carefully selected, with special journeys dedicated to them, choosing the best blends to bring home aromas that come not only from the figures and machines, but also from the faces, aromas and cultures of different lands. For example, Colombian, Brazilian, Jamaican, Kenyan, Indian, Salvadoran, the new wild coffee Harenna from Ethiopia, Guatemalan Huehuetenango - these are all Slow Food grown foods. The company, in partnership with the Slow Food Foundation, supports quality production, protects unique regions and ecosystems, restores traditional working methods and protects local plant varieties.
From the Caffe Corsini line to the freshly roasted coffees of the new Ditta Artigianale brand, the range covers all possible tastes of coffee drinkers: - beans or ground coffee, pod coffee, American or barley coffee, coffee from organic plantations, coffee with ginseng and Corsini's finest teas. In addition, there is the Hario line, which allows you to create coffee infusions with a "slow" philosophy of life. In addition, Caffe Corsini offers coffees in capsules and sachets compatible with the major brands of coffee machines. Everything is based on the precise selection of coffee plantations and production, as well as strict and frequent controls, starting with samples from the country of origin and ending with after-sales controls.
