This dessert is easy to make, delicious, and perfect as an afternoon snack or a sweet surprise for guests. What's more, by using decaffeinated coffee, panna cotta can also be enjoyed by children.
Ingredients (for 5–6 servings):
- 50 g corn starch
- 50 g sugar
- 450 g sweet cream
- 1 cup of decaffeinated coffee
Preparation:
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
2. Add the sour cream and coffee. Stir thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming.
 
															3. Stir over low heat for about 8–10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
4. Pour the mixture into dessert molds. This amount will make approximately 5–6 servings.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours.
 
															6. Serve with a little cocoa or a few coffee beans for decoration.
