Ingredients (6 servings):
- 240 ml sweet cream
- 120 ml of milk
- 60 ml cooled Corsini Decaffeinato coffee
- 60 g icing sugar
- 115 g dark chocolate (heated and cooled)
Preparation:
- Whisk in the cream until stiff.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, cooled decaffeinated coffee, icing sugar and melted chocolate.
- Slowly add the whipped cream to the coffee/chocolate mixture and stir gently to obtain a smooth consistency.
- Divide the mousse between glasses or containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Serve and enjoy this delicious dessert!
Notes:
Store: Cover the mousse with cling film and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
For freezing: transfer the mousse to a freezer container and freeze for up to 6 months. Refrigerate overnight before use.
