Decaffeinated coffee mousse - recipe

Enjoy this creamy and rich coffee mousse, the perfect dessert for those who prefer their coffee decaffeinated. With only 5 ingredients, it's quick to make and delicious!

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 240 ml sweet cream
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 60 ml cooled Corsini Decaffeinato coffee
  • 60 g icing sugar
  • 115 g dark chocolate (heated and cooled)

Preparation:

  1. Whisk in the cream until stiff.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, cooled decaffeinated coffee, icing sugar and melted chocolate.
  3. Slowly add the whipped cream to the coffee/chocolate mixture and stir gently to obtain a smooth consistency.
  4. Divide the mousse between glasses or containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy this delicious dessert!

Notes:

Store: Cover the mousse with cling film and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

For freezing: transfer the mousse to a freezer container and freeze for up to 6 months. Refrigerate overnight before use.
